After twenty years experience running an organic food businesses in Japan, Chef Naoko fulfilled her dream of opening a restaurant in the organic rich Pacific Northwest. Using all fresh, local ingredients, the restaurant rapidly became popular as a healthy lunch time venue. Authentic Japanese style cooking, using only the finest ingredients in town, led her to being a semifinalist in the 2020 James Beard Best Chef Northwest awards.
