Cornbread Cafe was originally founded over a decade ago as a food cart. Since then, they have established into a colorful cafe, offering home style vegan food made with organic ingredients. Cornbread has and always will be about community and the delicious food adds to their charm. They strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for both staff and guests, also keeping as many animals off of plates as possible, while continuing to battle daily for social and racial justice and, of course, the environment.
