Only six American cities have an extinct volcano within its limits, and thanks to the 636 ft tall Mount Tabor, Portland is one of them. Explore 191 acres of open-air reservoirs, several walking trails (built by volcanic cinder), gently curved roads, long flights of stairs, and plenty of space to bloom native plants.
